Upgrade from Nitro Pro V6.2 to V12.0

I have 2 software licences for Nitro Pro V6.2 and am looking to upgrade them to Nitro Pro V12.  Is there a discounted price to upgrade the current licences to version 12.0 or do I need to purchase 2 new software licences.   What are my options.  Kind Regards. Micheal Keller
