Can you be a little more specific here? Nitro should totally let you print a 30x42 inch sized document if you have a printer capable of doing so.

If you've tried this, can you be a little more clear on what problems/error messages you ran into along the way?

You'll probably want to turn off Page Scaling- set it to None.

I'm trying to print a 30x42 pdf from my CAD program.  No error messages.  No option to print a 30x42.  Has an ARCHD paper size (24x36) and an ARCHE (36x48)

I'm happy to try to help you, but I don't have access to any CAD programs.  What happens when you choose the Nitro PDF printer as your printer? Does Nitro make a standard Letter size PDF that's horribly cut off?

Does Nitro never even get to the point of creating the PDF?

What version of Nitro are you on?

Not sure if this will work, but let's create a custom form size in Nitro's PDF printer.

Open up the Start Menu, search for Printers, and select Printers & Scanners.

Click on the Nitro PDF Creator (Pro 12) one.

Choose Printing Preferences.

Go to the Pages tab.

Click on Custom Forms.

Click on the Add button, and then fill in all the details for your new form size.

Click OK to add your form, and then OK to close the rest of the open dialogues.

Make sure Nitro is closed.

Then try printing again- hopefully Nitro will pick up your new form as a paper size and create the proper PDF then.
