I can look up the license using the validation portal with no problem but if I try to upgrade to a newer version, it says it can't validate. Why? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Upon checking the serial number (now hidden for security purposes) you provided, it was upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 that is why our Upgrade Portal says unable to recognize or validate.
