Activation not working (-23:error)

I have exactly the same problem. I have two activations available. I use Nitro on one desktop and one laptop. Had to re-install Windows on both. Through the licence portal I deactivate both machines. The install and activation on the desktop went fine, no problems at all. The installation went fine on the laptop but I can't activate, error 23 - License number already being used. Can you help? Many thanks.

Please check the activation again and let me know how it goes.
