Can't print to PDF on Nitro 10 on Windows 10

IS there a compatibility issue with Windows 10 for Nitro 10?  I've just upgraded my laptop and can no longer print to PDF in Nitro.

Please make sure you have the latest build of Nitro Pro 10 installed. The installers can be found here:

Will my Serial for Nitro 10 work with Nitro 12???

Hello @Robeley,

It will not work.

If you installed Nitro Pro 12 and entered your Nitro Pro 10 serial number, you will get '-22 Error Wrong License Number' error message.

It means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

I am running Nitro 10 and it does not appear as a print option to create a PDF, I have recently changed to a Windows 10 machine.

Any thoughts?

I try to re-install the printer virtual drivers and it fails...  I have Admin rights.

Any thoughts?

If you go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers, do you see a Nitro PDF Creator 10 installed?

When you attempted to reinstall our virtual printer, did you use our Support Tools? What build of Nitro Pro 10 are you working with at the moment?
