a.twitty Posted April 10, 2019 Report Share Posted April 10, 2019 I'm printing from Nitro Pro to a Xerox 7970 in color, and almost all of the text is missing from the page. The highlights show up in the correct location. Another user in my office is able to print this same document from a network share to the same printer without any problems. When I print this document to a black and white printer, all elements of the page show up as expected. I've tried updating the printer drivers and comparing settings and versions between the two computers. This is a fresh install of Nitro (my computer got replaced) and Nitro says that there are no updates available. What else can I try? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -Please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end. To send me the sample file, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
