Error 23

Hi,

I recently acquired a new laptop. I have deactivated Nitro from previous PC and now I am getting error 23 on the new laptop saying that there are no more licences. When I use the activating portal it says:

Version 11
Status active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

I tried removing the software and all files associated, then reinstalled the correct version 11.0.7.425 but it will still not activate... help!!!

I have made some changes on my end for you to be able to successfully activate. Please try to activate again using the same serial number and let me know how it works for you.

Hi Kelvin,

Can you please help me again. Nitro came up as in 'trial mode' and I'm having the same problem - showing 0 activations:

Version 11
Status active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

Help please!!!

Hi Kelvin,

So sorry to bother you again but my Nitro has come up AGAIN in trial mode, it won't let me activate saying I have 0 activations. I'm not sure why this keeps happening but it's very frustrating!
