Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted April 15, 2019 If you have a text box, the blue handle that shows up when you use the Edit tool will let you do this- click on the blue arrow, and a little note will show up saying how many degrees you are adjusting by. If you hold the Shift key while moving the mouse, you'll only move in 45 degree increments/amounts. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
