Strine 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2019 Hi. We have an old version of Nitro - V8.0 (operating system Windows 7 Professional). Due to a disk failure, we had to reinstall Nitro, but can get the Nitro Pro Printer set up - keeps failing. I noticed that someone else had the same problem with a later version of Nitro & needed to download the full installer. Is there somewhere I can download the Nitro Pro V8 installer? You can find the installers here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001632 Unfortunately Microsoft has changed the way the 'Print Spooler' works in Windows. Because of this Nitro Pro 8 cannot be supported on Windows. The PDF Creator built into Nitro Pro 8 will not work properly. Though other functions should remain usable. You have three options from here: 1. You could upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. 2. You could install Nitro Pro 12 as a trial (alongside your current installation), just to use the PDF creator. The Creator will remain after the trial has finished. 3. You could install our alternative PDF creator, PrimoPDF: http://www.primopdf.com/ Hope that helps!
