sward 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2019 I have had Nitro for 8-9 years and have never had any issues until 04/09/2019. Every time I click on "quick sign" tab my Nitro Pro 8 just shuts down. I have sent multiple crash reports to Nitro since then and have not received any response. I have tried at least 30 times and it crashes every time. I used Nitro for work and it is causing me many issues not being able to quick sign my documents. Is someone able to assist as I have not been able to locate any 800 numbers to call? It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy#sunsetPolicy If you prefer to keep using Nitro Pro 8, I recommend performing a repair: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 I hope this helps!
