We have deactivated the licenses in the old computers y trying to activate them in the new computers. We've been able to activate some of them. At this moment, we have 16 active, but we can't activate the other 8 that are free because when we try the program answers that we have exceeded the number of activations. We don't understand why. We've been able to activate 2 more licenses, but when we've tried to activated a third one, we've received the same message: we've exceeded the number of activations. We've checked the number of active licenses and we have 18 at this very moment (out of 24), and we can't activate the other ones, so the issue is not resolved yet. I look forward to your update.
