Installing Nitro Pro 12 on Azure WVD Server

I am getting an error for Nitro Pro 12 after trying to execute the program on a Windows 10 multi user (or Server 2012) in Azure. The error code is -80. 

I haven't found any information on how to get around this error. Following the deployment guide. Thanks!
