Error 22

I got a new computer and cannot use my old activation code for version 11 on version 12. The -22 error says "wrong license number You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version...." I have tried the activation portal and contacting cleverbridge but neither resolved the issue.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Thanks for this information.

Upon checking our records, this serial number is for Nitro Pro 11 and kindly note you cannot activate Nitro Pro 12 using the same key.

To further assist you, please be informed that '-22 Error Wrong License Number' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro 12 from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro 11 from these link/s:

x64-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi
x32-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro 11, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
