Hello.  This message is for anybody in technical support.  I've completed several tickets in the past 3 weeks and no one has answered any of the tickets.  We have a license for two users and after we changed computers we are unable to activate NITRO on them.  We've tried to disactivate and reinstall but were unable to.  It's very disappointing when no one answers your service ticket.  If any one knows of a contact phone number where I can call it would be very helpful.  Thanks in advance.

To me to better assist you, could you please send me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message') and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
