LOU1966 Posted April 23, 2019 Report Share Posted April 23, 2019 Ever since I was upgraded from Nitro 11, several users are reporting this same issue. Every time I try to save a file by using Control S, my files freeze for at least 45 seconds each. When I hit the save button, this is not happening. LOU1966 Posted April 24, 2019 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2019 I can't send you a file because they are copy written, but it is all of my Nitro files. Step by step: OPEN/CREATE A NEW FILE MAKE CHANGES OR ENTER INFORMATION SAVE AND CLOSE BY USING CTRL "S" AND THEN CTRL "W". NITRO AND COMPUTER FREEZES FOR 30-45 SECONDS GO TO NEXT FILE REPEAT IF I close the file/files by hitting the "X" and then answering yes to save, it does not freeze at all. This is only happening to the users who are upgraded to Nitro 12 Pro. My about tab says : Nitro Pro 12.6.1.298 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
