In order for me to further assist you, could you please provide me with the following?: -How many users are trying to sign-in to Nitro Cloud? -When uploading your file, are you getting any error message? -If you access https://cloud.gonitro.com and try to login, were you able to upload your document? Benoit 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2019 Hi I'm the only one using Nitro Cloud, I might have between 5 - 15 documents i nprocess of being signed by my customers. I uploaded my files and assign signing fields without any errors. I can upload documents. My customers told me they can sign but cannot "Submit" and have the followinf messages: "Siging Failed. Oops comething went wrong. Let us know what happened here" In the beginning, I tought it was only with iPhone, but it is also on Android. Is there a log or something?
