Derek Phillibert 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2019 Hello, I have user having issues saving a PDF back into SharePoint after making changes. They receive the following error "The Document SharePoint 365 : \\filepath\filename.pdf could not be saved. Please Contact Nitro Support for assistance. Error code: 0v40000003" The user accesses SharePoint directly through Nitro not via a web browser. If we access SharePoint via a web browser, download it, make changes, save it, re-upload, it is fine. It is not isolated to a specific document. I ran a repair on Nitro and the issue persisted. I restarted the user's machine and the issue persisted. Nitro Version is Nitro Pro 12.11.0509 They are running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit build 1803. Any help is appreciated!!
