Quick Print Nitro PDF doesn't work all the time

When I try to quick print multiple PDF attachments from an Outlook message using Nitro Pro, it will work for the first 2-3 attachments, but then doesn't print the subsequent ones.  I have to open them individually to print, or wait for a few moments for it to actually work.  I didn't have this problem with version 10, but when upgrading to 12 and purchasing the license, it has become an issue.  Anyone else have this happen?

Hello @jdick,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Are you referring to our 'Create PDF' button in MS Outlook as shown in this image?:

If yes, could you please run a repair of Nitro Pro? Kindly refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641

IF repairing did no help and in order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi AllainU,

No, it's not the "Create PDF" function.  I am being sent PDF's as attachements.  I use Nitro Pro 12 for all of my PDF functions.  When I right-click on the attachments and select "quick print", the screen will "flash", but the Nitro banner doesn't always come up, indicating it opening with Nitro Pro.  If I have 6 attachments, by the time I get to the 4th one, this happens, and I either have to wait to click it again, or open it all the way to print it.

I did try the repair, and it did not work for my issue.

Is there anything else I can try?  I am running Windows 10 Pro on a 64 bit system with Office 2016.

Thanks for replying.

Hello @jdick,

Thanks for providing this information.

Let us try some troubleshooting by referring to these steps:
1. Clear the content of the directory under C:\users\your_username\Appdata\local\temp. For whatever reason, not all temp files automatically remove themselves and is NOT usually caused by Nitro Pro files.
2. Download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your Nitro Pro: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000001686

3. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

4. Download and install Nitro Pro 12.12.1.522 using below offline installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12121522/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12121522/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874

5. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

Thanks for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
