Rob1000 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2019 This likely has to do with protections, but there is no documentation or help I can find on this anyhwhere in the nitropro website or google. I receive documents to countersign from clients. If they electronically sign, when I open in nitropro I can't use quick sign or digital signatures. Sometimes I can print the document into nitropro from nitropro and I can then sign, but most often all I get is a checkmark pen picture in the document. Can I countersign a document in nitropro that has a digital signature like I used to in my previous product? Right now I have to print, manually sign and rescan to email back to my customers.
