Chitinman50
Nitro Pro 7 works okay on my new PC, which runs on Windows 10. However, Nitro PDF Creator 2 is not listed as a printer when I try to create a PDF from a document in another app (e.g. MS Word). Does anyone know how to overcome this problem? Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted April 29, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted April 29, 2019 Hello @Chitinman50, Thanks for contacting Nitro! Unfortunately Microsoft has changed the way the 'Print Spooler' works in Windows. Because of this Nitro Pro 7 cannot be supported on Windows. The PDF Creator built into Nitro Pro 7 will not work properly. Though other functions should remain usable. You have three options from here: 1. You could upgrade to Nitro Pro 12: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 2. You could install Nitro Pro 12 as a trial (alongside your current installation), just to use the PDF creator. The Creator will remain after the trial has finished. 3. You could install our alternative PDF creator, PrimoPDF: http://www.primopdf.com/ Hope that helps!
