crlinked 0 Report post Posted April 27, 2019 I have both a Nitro v9 and a Nitro v10 license that I would like to upgrade to the latest version. These are both valid licenses, as tested through the Online License Portal here: License Portal However, I am unable to upgrade either of these licenses through the upgrade page here: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade For both licenses, I get the message: We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. From this page, my understanding is that I should be able to upgrade from "Nitro Pro 11 and older" (see right side of page). Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
