Nitro Pro 11 Install

Hi 

I am trying to install Nitro Pro 11 from the internet on a Windows 7 machine. When activating, it requests me to connect to a web page. When I enter details, the website reports that the license is in use.

I have tested on a Windows 10 machine and it installs from within the software. No need to go to a website.

I am also using a volume license with plenty of spare licenses available. 

Does anyone have a fix for this?
