Nitro TRIAL Error: Security Bypass Attempted - product must be reauthorized

Hello,

We installed the Nitro Pro TRIAL product 6 days ago. The trial states it would be good for testing for 14 days. We are at day 6 and getting this Error: Security Bypass Attempted - product must be reauthorized  error. After looking on your forums, I only found a post resolved by the user itself stating to download the "alternate licensing activator" and re-enter the licence key.. but as we are on a trial we do not have a key. We tried to uninstall/reinstall and cleaning the registry keys, but to no available. Anything that can be done with this, other than looking at another brand/product?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

This error occurs when the clock on your system has been changed in a way that is causing a date error with our activation service.

Since you are using a trial of Nitro Pro, have you tried uninstalling and reinstall the program?

If that did not help, please go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Advanced and provide its Installation ID.

Thanks for your reply AllainU,

As it is, we cannot even open the program as every time we try to do it, we have the pop-up regarding the security attempt and that's all. Must be noted that the product was installed on a terminal server, and the clock changes dynamically with users connecting from different time zones... So this would be the issue I guess seeing your statement? I can we circumvent this issue?

I am also getting this error after an install. It wont let you get to activation to even open the program. Can someone help me?
