Upgrade Nitro Pro v10 license

I have a Nitro v10 license, which I would like to upgrade to v12 license.

Unfortunately you cannot validate my license on the upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade:
We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

 I could validate my license on https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

I just made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 10 license, so kindly try upgrading to Nitro Pro 12 again.

We have Nitro 10 that has crashed and will not open. So we have download Nitro 12 trial but we can't seem update it with our license , error:-  Unfortunately you cannot validate my license on the upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade:
