Today Nitro No Longer Editing Correctly

As of this morning all my Nitro 12 are no longer editing my PDFs correctly.  It no longer lines up and instead incorrectly deletes the line above the text box while typing over the words in the line I need to edit without moving them forward of the text I would be editing.  At first I thought it might be the computer I was using but it is happening on every computer in the office with the Nitro 12.  Hindering my productivity.  Is this a program update problem that can be fixed soon.  Any one else running into this on their versions?  Is there a fix in the program I am no aware of?

Thanks

Hello @kshunney66,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro (via Start or Windows button > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a Program if you have Windows 7, 8 or 8.1). Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641

But if you have Windows 10, you can run the repair of Nitro Pro by clicking Windows button > Settings App. You may refer to this article for more details: https://www.howtogeek.com/369090/how-to-uninstall-or-repair-a-program-in-windows-10/

If repairing did not help and in order for me to further assist you, could you please provide me the following?:
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to edit? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
