NickN 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2019 I have this issue happening on a couple of computers with Nitro Pro 11.05. When there is a pdf in the users Documents folder Nitro opens the file and it is blank. If choose to open it with Adobe it opens fine. The Documents folder is redirected to the server, user has full control to the folder and document. If the user moves the file to a different folder on the server, Nitro can open the file with no problem. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
