Alan Muir 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2019 I am trying to activate Nitro pro on a new laptop. i have deactiavted the licence in the Portal and it says o activations - however when I try and activate on the new laptop i get error 23. I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 11 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
