My subscription is due on the third of every month. I no longer have a way to reach my reseller. Wanted to see if my online payment was received and why dont I have service?

I cannot locate your account. Can you please provide me with the following via a direct message:

1. First and last name of purchaser 
2. Email address used purchase Nitro (I was unable to find anything using the email you used here)
3. Order reference number (I suggest you search through your email for 'Cleverbridge', our online merchant)
