Resetting it has wiped all programs off the laptop that I loaded onto it. However, I didn't formally deactivate my Nitro Pro on that laptop before wiping it off. I would like to download and activate my Nitro Pro purchase on this new HP Probook I have purchased, but when I downloaded the Nitro Pro software and tried to activate it with my original serial number it says i need to deactivate it first - I assume this means from my Surface Book. Obviously I cannot do this since the laptop has been wiped clean and sent off for repairs. Please can you advise on how to proceed with activating my original purchase on this new HP laptop of mine.
