jasonocrt Posted May 9, 2019 Report Share Posted May 9, 2019 Hello, I have contacted two Nitro agents directly, one had assisted with apparently rectifying the problem and adjusting the license, however since then, the problem has arisen again, I have contacted that agent back with no reply for 7 days now.
