Nirto Pro reverting to Trial Mode *URGENT ATTENTION*

I have contacted two Nitro agents directly, one had assisted with apparently rectifying the problem and adjusting the license, however since then, the problem has arisen again, I have contacted that agent back with no reply for 7 days now. I have contacted another agent 2 days ago and still no word.

Can someone please  PM me in regards to this issue asap. Thank you

Nitro Pro I purchased last year is now in "Trial Mode" when signed on today. I didn't do anything different and sent a request to customer support this morning.
