Creating fillable forms from word documents

Hi, I have a number of forms in .doc format and I want to convert them to pdf format but I want to have the pdf as an editable form.

Is this possible with Nitro Pro, I know you can create pdf forms in Nitro but I was wondering if there was a way of doing it from a word document?

Thanks

Hello @Johnk,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Nitro Pro doesn't have an automatic Form Wizard that detects form fields and automatically creates them.

We have an existing feature request for this and our Product team is aware that this is something our customers are interested in. We are not sure yet though if this will be added in the future.

Nevertheless, you can always create fillable form fields manually within Nitro Pro. Here is an article that outlines how to create and edit form fields: Creating and Editing Form Fields

Hope that helps!

Any change on this "Existing feature request?"

Automated form creation like in Adobe Pro is so helpful and makes things much more consistent.

Hello @Jesse Phillips

Sorry about this, it is not a feature of Nitro Pro yet.

Please let me know if you have other questions.
