Embedded Font Not Working

Hi.

A colleague has tried using a custom font - Gibson Regular - and has used the embedded font option (I can see the Embedded Fonts are there in the Nitro PDF document where it is created).

If I (or others) receive the document, you cannot see the characters in the same font unless I manually install the custom font on my PC.

Please can someone assist?

Hi.

I have tried the latest - 12.12.1.522 - and the embed option is ticked next to the font.

The font is not listed under document properties/font though.  

I have tried previous versions and the font was listed in document properties but the issue was unchanged.
