Nitro distorting .pdf docs

Hello community,  when opening a .pdf document in adobe acrobat reader my invoice document looks fine.  However, when looking at the same document in Nitro.pdf there is a horizontal offset of about .25" that causes the displayed text to no longer line up with the linework on the document.

This is the first time I've encountered different branded .pdf viewers display .pdf document differently.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Any ideas how to remedy?

I have a couple of screenshots of the difference.
