editing pdf

I just noticed I can edit the pdf such as contrast, brightness etc which is handy as some pdf's are too dark etc.

You actually have to click edit first, then click on the sheet/pdf want to adjust , then the object tools comes up - then you can

format the pdf with contrast / brightness etc. ( seems a bit long winded to get to the format function)

If you don't do exactly in this sequence the special object tools won't come up. This is easy to forget.

I may forget the edit / format tools. Is there a way to add the brightness/contrast, resolution tabs to the quick bar for easy access so I don't

forget - or to access a quicker way?

Thx again for the help

Hello @eagan,

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

You can customize the Quick Access toolbar by following the instructions on this page.

Hi Leslie

I looked in the adding more commands but could not find the brightness and contrast ones to add

Could you let me know what selection to choose to add the brightness and contrast to QAT.

Also will lose all the settings if I update the software, I mean the free update not the paid updates

Thx

Hello Eagan,

Under Choose commands from, select Object Tools | Format to see the Brightness and Contrast option.
