Reset my Serial number to upgrade to Version 12

Hello @Liz Mack,

Thanks for sending your Nitro Pro 11's serial number.

Upon checking our records, found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade Nitro Pro 12.

When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version.

I highly recommend that you install and activate your Nitro Pro 12 to replace your Nitro Pro 11.
