Jim3437 Posted May 15, 2019 Report Share Posted May 15, 2019 I recently had an issue with my Nitro 7. While printing, I got an error message of "occurrence of user-interacted or failed conversion". I was persuaded that uninstalling and re-installing my Nitro 7 would fix this problem. I did that and after the re-installation, I could not longer find Nitro as a printer. Pushing on Support Tools did not do anything - no dialog box opened up. Is there a quick fix here - thank you! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
