While printing, I got an error message of "occurrence of user-interacted or failed conversion". I was persuaded that uninstalling and re-installing my Nitro 7 would fix this problem. I did that and after the re-installation, I could not longer find Nitro as a printer. Pushing on Support Tools did not do anything - no dialog box opened up. Is there a quick fix here - thank you! Judging by this: https://community.gonitro.com/topic/5356-cannot-combine-files-nitro-pro-9/ there's a change in recent versions of Windows that cause problems with older versions of the Nitro PDF printer.
