Cannot Deactivate/Activate

When my new laptop came in, I can't deactivate on my old laptop and activate on the new one.

Old laptop gives error 20 - Invalid License Number

New laptop gives error 23 - License is already in use

License checker on the page shows 0 activations

I purchased Nitro Pro and 3 months later it says I am in "Trial Mode" and that I have 8 days left.   Please help.
