Brandon V Posted May 16, 2019 Report Share Posted May 16, 2019 Hi, We upgraded all of our licenses from Nitro 11 to Nitro 12 back in January. One of these licenses was not in use and upon activating this week it has not been upgraded. We have the receipts to show that we did indeed upgrade the license.
