How can I activate my Nito Pro

I just purchased this product for $164 and I can't reach their support to help me activate the license and yet I cannot use the product. I called Cleverbridge and they have no contact for support. Very frustrating. How can I activate my license for Nitro Pro?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and my apologies if you are unable to activate your Nitro Pro 12.

Upon checking our records, you have not activated your program so please go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
