Mally MAl Posted May 27, 2019 Report Share Posted May 27, 2019 Hello.. My sister is having an issue being able to use her trial. She can't even create a login to contact support. Any suggestions? She has used the "forgot password" option alrady and received no email. She did mention having an email about her trial having a few days left but she has never been able to actually use it. Could you please assist your sister to reactivate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering the serial number? How did it go? If she is unable to activate, kindly send me a private message and provide the serial number so I can check our records. With regard to forgetting the password, I believe you are referring to Nitro Cloud. Please note activating Nitro Pro application does not need logging in to Nitro Cloud.
