Cannot open nitro pdf files. "Cannot open file. Check Internet connection"

Hi There,

 

I cannot open certain .pdf files in Nitro format. I continually get an error stating that the file cannot be opened and to check my internet connection. Internet connection is fine and same file can be opened in Adobe Acrobat and other applications just fine. I also cannot save files from nitro into our shared drive. It states that "I do not have permission to save to this location" when I in-fact have full  permission and again when using Adobe Acrobat... no issues. My work-around is to save to a temp desktop folder and drag into shared folders.

Please help. Extremely frustrated
