please help! trouble flattening PDF

hey all,

I'm not sure if I picked the correct forum for this but it will at least be a start.

So I created a fillable PDF for my job and when I go to send the PDF to other people we don't want anyone to make changes, but every time I do a "save as flattened PDF" all of the text that I fill out stays correct but all of the boxes I checked just disappear, any ideas?

I've tried to optimize the document, I've merged all the layers but still nothing.

let me know what you think, also is there a way I can attach the fillable PDF so you all can see it?

Thanks for posting here!

This is a known bug and our team has already created a bug case and escalated to our Product team for further review.

No ETA yet for the fix though. I apologize for the inconvenience.

A workaround you can try is to print the form to PDF again using the PDF creator or use the protect tools to secure the file.
