Old computer crashed and trying to move Niro Pro 11 to this new computer. I had one more available usage, but I may have deactivated by mistake in trying to transfer and now it want let me

I have tried this to do this several timers and I am extremely frustrated
I use Nitro Pro 11 daily as an inspector
I had to download a 14 day trial for my inspections
So will that interfere and can u give me the right web address or download site

I temporarily downloaded Nitro Pro 12 14 day trail

Do I need to delete that?

when I try to download my Nitro Pro 11 it says I already have a newer  version

I use this daily, so I want to know what to do about the temporary 14 day trial of Nitro Pro 12 I have on my computer now

anyway you can do remote assist or control where u can see what my problem is
