Avnish Gupta 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2019 (edited) Dear support, I have purchase Nitro PDF Professional 5 users with OCR from cleverbridge.net, reference number 17xxxxxx, My issue is that I have not done download the setup file & not use this software since 2-3 year but I checked activation with license code from your portal I have seen 4 license activate and 1 for free. I want to deactivate all licenses and share me link for download the setup file and what is the processor to Reactivate software. Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, I made adjustments on your Nitro Pro 6 license by releasing previous activations. To reinstall on new machines, kindly visit this page to download the installers: kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632 Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 12 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 6 serial number.
