I had a licensed version 9. If I remember correctly, v9 was the last free upgrade I could make.

From where can I install clean, legal copy of v9 again?

Do you still have your serial number? If not, you can locate your serial number by following the steps here.

You will also find the correct Nitro Pro 9 installers (and all the other installers) here.
