I was able to verify that your serial number is a valid and active serial number for Nitro Pro 12.It will not work for any other versions.You have an older version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. We just need to uninstall it, install Nitro Pro 12, then activate it using your serial number. Kindly uninstall your current copy of Nitro and get the relevant Nitro Pro 12 installers here:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloadsYou can activate your copy of Nitro Pro 12 by opening Nitro Pro 12 , clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.I hope this helps.
