penultimateName Posted June 2, 2019 Report Share Posted June 2, 2019 The whole thing is a bit annoying. I have bought around a half dozen versions of Nitro. While on 10 I should have received a free upgrade to 11. I tried numerous times and then gave up. I was also told to try in a week or two at that time. It never worked. I just realized we are now on version 12. So I paid for a free upgrade I never received and now the page says it cannot find my 10 license for even a discount. Even without anymore VIP access the way to contact support should still be via email or on a more structured support page. Maybe we should not receive immediate attention but we are still customers.
