Error Code 401

Every time I start Nitro Pro, I get an error message that says I am offline and to try logging in again.  When I log in again, I get an error message code 401 before Nitro opens and functions properly as much as I can tell.  This has been persisting for more than a month now, and it does not matter which of the two systems I open it on.  I have it on an hp laptop running Windows 10 and a ThinkCenter desktop running Windows 7.

This message normally occurs when Nitro Cloud is logged and integrated in Nitro Pro. Whenever the user is not connected to the Internet, opening Nitro Pro will automatically ask Nitro Cloud to login to our server.

In order for me to further assist you, could you please your logout from Nitro Cloud after opening your Nitro Pro application? You can do this by referring to this screenshot.
