Update problem

I use the nitro reader for many years on a  windows 10 32bit machine. Just recently i had to change to a Win10 64bit PC.

Download and installation worked fine also the usual features but when trying to check for updates I get the message:

Unable to connect to update service, check your internet connection. But this works without problems with all other programs.

Can you help me? Installed is Nitro 5.5.9.2
