jwiede 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2019 I'm routinely working with ARM PDF docs of 5000 pages or more, and am used to embedding indexes in them (using Acrobat) for faster searching. However, NitroPDF does not appear to be using the embedded index for searching, nor can I find a way using NitroPro to generate/remove/manage the embedded indices in docs. A. Can NitroPDF use embedded indices when searching PDF docs? If so, but it requires enabling, how is that done? B. Where are the controls for managing embedded indices in PDF docs in NitroPro?
